The London Borough of Bexley is in south-east Greater London and borders Bromley to the south, Greenwich to the west, Havering north of the River Thames and Dartford to the east.

Bexley is made up of 21 wards and divided into three localities: Clocktower, North Bexley and Frogal. GPs from each locality hold a monthly meeting to discuss issues relating to commissioning, performance and the consortium.
