Diversity Equality Action Network
Bexley care Trust recognises that our services need to better reflect the range of cultures and communities we represent, in a way that is both practical and meaningful.
The introduction of the DEAN group is part of an engagement process designed to begin addressing these diversity issues.
The key objective of this action network to explore attitudes and experiences relating to the provision and access to health services among different groups, looking in particular at levels of awareness, expectations and specific service needs.
